Starting with, if you take a look at the JWT page, they don't even have the right chart for the Sport 700. That chart is the one for the GT28RS or "Disco Potatoes". They say it is based on that turbo anyways and I believe after seing the picture. Of course, they also say that "Pictures may not be the exact item", so we might be looking at the wrong turbo, and I really think the chart is not the right one because that chart is taken directly from the Garrett Catalog for the GT28RS, and there has to be a difference in order to make more power. So you would really have to call them to find out what those turbos really are. Now, about the Actuator and Wastegate question. Based on the pictures and explanation, the turbine housing is wastegated, and you can't do anything about it. So yes, the actuator is the one that opens the wastegate and thats about it. If you want external wastegates, you have to choose another turbo (maybe the GT30 series) that are non wastegated, so you can use external wastegates like Tial, Greddy, or Garrett as well. but for that you need to get headers prepared for the wastegates, and also custom downpipes that have the correct flange for the turbine exhaust. The JWT Sports 700 are just made for "simple" upgrade without changing too many parts on the Z. Is just a matter of how much you want to spend on the setup and what power you want.
